Welcome to Revolution Performing Arts. We are delighted that you have chosen us to nurture your child, give them the opportunity to express themselves, build their confidence, and encourage them to be the amazing individuals they are.
RPA is not one for unnecessary formality, but for legal reasons – and so that we can concentrate on your children rather than bureaucracy – we set out below, in a spirit of openness and to safeguard the strength and future of RPA, the terms on which we work together.
All payments are administered through Xero. You will receive an initial invoice for the current month, after which further invoices are issued in advance on the 24th of each month, for payment on the 1st of the following month.
Payments can be made by the following methods:
So that we can concentrate on your young people rather than on chasing payments, we ask that payment is made by the 1st of the month.
If your young person wishes to leave RPA, we require 30 days’ notice, given by email to office@revolutionpa.co.uk. Please do not cancel your Direct Debit yourself – once you have given notice by email, we will send you a final invoice and cancel this for you. Notice of cancellation must be given by email only; please do not use WhatsApp or other messaging services, as these may be missed.
RPA works hard to offer good value for money, and spreading payments across the year is central to helping parents plan and pay their fees with confidence. If you are experiencing financial difficulty, please talk to us before your Direct Debit collection date – we will always do our best to help.
We ask each young person to wear an RPA T-shirt in class, as their uniform and as part of their performance wear. We ask that every young person attending our sessions has purchased their RPA top within their first term with us, so that they can take full part in their sessions, and that it is worn to class each week.
Your child is welcome to wear anything they like on their bottom half, to express themselves fully; please just bear safety and practicality in mind. Flat shoes should be worn – trainers, daps, ballet shoes or jazz shoes if you already own them (there is no need to buy them specially) – or your child may go barefoot.
For further information about T-shirts, tops and uniform, please get in touch with the office.
In the unlikely event that a class has to be cancelled, RPA will update our website and our Facebook, Instagram and Twitter pages (RevolutionPA). An email and text message will also be sent.
If your session takes place within a school and the school is closed for any reason, please assume that the session will not take place. Please note that a school may sometimes remain open during the school day but not run after-school clubs – for example, during snow or extreme heat.
If a class is cancelled due to circumstances outside RPA’s control – for example, a school closure due to adverse weather or an unplanned training day – a refund will not be offered, as our teachers, who rely on this income as freelancers, are still paid. However, if RPA has to cancel a class because a teacher is unable to attend and no cover can be arranged, a refund will be offered.
When booking an RPA holiday workshop, please consider carefully whether your child will be available to attend. Bookings are made in good faith and are treated as firm, confirmed bookings; full payment is required whether or not your child is able to attend.
